Door Styles

Covered Bridge Cabinetry offers a selection of 24 door styles. Our team of designers has carefully chosen each style to match the current trends within the industry, and to look forward to the future of cabinetry design. Each Covered Bridge Cabinetry door style is available in any of our 8 North American hardwood species. Many of our door styles can be customized even further by changing the Stile & Rail Width, as well as the Edge Profile of the door, to make your kitchen one that is truly unique.

Premium Finishes

Take your cabinetry a step beyond the available base paint and stain finishes with a hand applied premium finish. By using one or more of options below, we allow you to truly customize your cabinetry, making your design as unique as your individual style. Each Covered Bridge premium finish will accentuate the intricate craftsmanship, enhance the natural qualities of your selected wood species, and further refine which details of your cabinetry come to the forefront of your design.

Glass Inserts

When choosing to include doors with glass inserts in your kitchen, Covered Bridge Cabinetry gives you the option of 8 different glass types to fit your unique style.

Edge Profiles

Many of our door styles can be customized even further by changing the Stile & Rail Width, as well as the Edge Profile of the door, to make your kitchen one that is truly unique. Please note that due to the unique design of the following doors, there are no outside edge profiles available: Davidson, Deerfield, Delaware, Hanover, and Marquette.

Wood Species

Covered Bridge Cabinetry uses the finest grades of North American hardwoods to manufacture doors, drawer fronts, face frames and internal components. The utmost care is taken to grade material according to each customers selection and finish specifications. Door insert panels and drawer front insert panels use random staves. Machined areas will have minimal amounts of natural characteristics typical for the wood species ordered. We offer a selection of four different grades of each wood species to fit your specific design needs and budget.

Pre-Purchasing Questions & Information

Natural woods may vary in color, characteristics and exhibit subtle changes as they age, resulting in cabinet colors and finishes lightening, darkening or changing over time. Also, humidity and temperature changes can cause wood to expand and contract. This can result in breaks in the base or finish coat at the joint areas. Sunlight, smoke, household cleaners, and other environmental conditions may also affect the color and integrity of your finish over time. These are all normal changes that occur in a product as a consequence of its material and the environment it is used in, and are not covered by this warranty. A touch-up kit is provided with the products or can be ordered to reduce the appearance of cracks.

At the time of installation, doors may warp a 1/4″ or less, which is normal. The doors must be allowed to set which will take two (2) seasons (e.g., spring and summer). Typically, the door will return to its normal flat state after the two seasons, once the product acclimates to the installed environment. If the warpage still exists after two seasons, contact us as noted below. Prior to requesting any replacement, please be sure that the problem is not due to an incorrect installation.

This means that the frame fixed to the front of a cabinet body which obscures the edges of the body and provides the fixing point for doors and other external hardware. A face frame provides strength to the front of a cabinet and is also considered a visual feature of particular styles of furniture.

No. All of our cabinets come fully assembled from the factory.

No, we don’t supply the door hardware.

With CARB’s creation of its comprehensive Air Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) state law in April 2008, California has set one of the toughest standards in the world for placing limits on formaldehyde emissions from wood products.

In order to comply with the new rules, wood product manufacturers are required to prove that their products—both foreign and domestic—are made from CARB compliant materials through Chain of Custody (COC), third-party documentation from their suppliers.

With most orders, a touch up pen and a soft fill stick will be provided so that you can fill in scratches and nicks or gouges. We currently do not have touch up kits for all of our finishes. If your order did not come with a touch up kit, or you need something more, please contact the dealer you purchased your cabinets from.

Use a warm damp soft cloth for regular cleaning and for cleaning normal household spills. Use a lint-free cotton cloth for drying. If more cleaning is required, use a fresh solution of mild dishwashing liquid mixed with warm water. After cleaning, dry surface immediately with another soft, clean cloth. Our cabinets are built to give you many years of enjoyment and to ensure that they retain their beauty, clean them regularly and wipe off excess moisture and spills as they occur.

Sponges or dish clothes as they may contain food and oil residue

WARRANTY

Limited Lifetime Product Warranty

Mad4Cabinetry stands behind its Covered Bridge Cabinetry kitchen products from the day you purchase them for as long as you own it. You can rest assured that when you purchase a Covered Bridge Cabinetry kitchen product, it will last for as long as you own your home.

 
Mad4Cabinetry provides a limited lifetime warranty that its Covered Bridge Cabinetry kitchen products will be free of defects in the materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as they are owned by the original retail purchaser of the products from an authorized retailer. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original residential installation.
What does the warranty cover?
During the warranty period, Mad4Cabinetry will repair or replace, at its option, any Covered Bridge Cabinetry product or part thereof that is covered by this warranty. Mad4Cabinetry is constantly changing and improving its Covered Bridge Cabinetry product offerings and, as such, exact replacements may not be available. If a warranty claim is filed after a Covered Bridge Cabinetry kitchen product becomes obsolete or discontinued, Mad4Cabinetry will replace the affected component with a new component of the same or similar style based on availability. If products or components are replaced under this warranty, Mad4Cabinetry does not guarantee that the finish of the replacement products or components will exactly match the finish and appearance of the products or components in the residential application. This is due to the changes that occur during the wood’s natural aging process, affecting its color and grain.
What does the limited warranty NOT cover?

The following are not covered and void the warranty for the product: (i) wear and tear; (ii) damage or defects caused by misuse, vandalism, abuse, negligence, alteration, abnormal use, non-residential use; (iii) accidental damage, damage in transit or prior to or during installation; (iv) effects of exposure to sunlight, extreme temperature, moisture or dryness levels (if product must be stored, it should be covered and stored in a humidity/temperature controlled environment away from direct sunlight); (v) damage caused by excessive loads or water contamination; (vi) unauthorized disassembly repair or modification, (vii) damage caused by Acts of God, including natural disasters; (viii) normal incidental deterioration such as nicks, scratches, abrasions and natural aging whether resulting from the effects of normal wear and tear or abnormal use; (ix) damage caused by use of abrasive cleaning products; ; and (x) products not purchased in, or installed in, the United States. In addition, the following are not covered under this warranty:

Any Covered Bridge Cabinetry products or parts that have been modified, including use of non-Mad4Cabinetry replacement parts.

Installation by a professional contractor is recommended. All products altered or damages during installation, including storage or use of a product not in accordance with the product instructions.

Claims for which no original receipt and proof of original ownership is provided.

Counter tops, appliances, plumbing fixtures.

Labor related to removal, installation, shipping, freight or other charges incurred in repairing or replacing any product under this warranty.

Uses of the product in an outside environment.

Unfinished cabinetry.

Component parts included in the product that were not manufactured by Covered Bridge Cabinetry. The warranties, if any, on those components are limited to the warranties provided by the original component manufacturer.

All claims under this warranty must include a reasonable description of the defect and the date and place of purchase. A copy of the original purchaser’s dated receipt must be submitted with all claims to preserve the rights under this warranty. Mad4Cabinetry reserves the right to inspect the claimed defective Covered Bridge Cabinetry kitchen product prior to any replacements or repairs being made to verify the product is in compliance with this warranty. If after a product is replaced or repaired by Mad4Cabinetry under a claim and it is subsequently determined that the product or damage was not covered by this warranty, Mad4Cabinetry reserves the right to seek reimbursement of the cost of the replacement or repair.
